Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. A Residential Attach Manager is responsible for managing residential services at the Waldorf Astoria New York's residential component with the goal to deliver outstanding residential service. What will I be doing? As a Residential Attach Manager, you would be responsible for managing the residential services operations in the Waldorf Astoria New York residential component in its continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage all Residential Service operations to include, but not limited to department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Manage administrative projects and ensure adherence to established quality standards
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
