As a proficient Residential Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing individuals with the chance to enhance their overall functioning and quality of life. By guiding them towards achieving their treatment objectives within both the residential program and the broader community, you'll make a significant impact on their journey towards maintaining recovery and reducing stigma. Position Highlights:

* Sign-on bonus: Up to $3,000, contingent upon eligibility.

* Base hourly rate: $19.14

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

* Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

* License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred.

* Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
