The Residential Care Worker I role is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred. 3. Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
