- Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in general construction/carpentry, particularly in custom home building.
- Responsibilities:
- Diverse role covering sales, customer service, contract negotiation, and hands-on work.
- Installation of doors and leading installation teams.
- Scheduling and coordinating project activities.
- Acting as the right-hand person to management.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in general residential framing/carpentry.
- Self-confident and assured with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
- Exudes professionalism and maintains a clean-cut appearance.
- Strong work ethic, consistently going the extra mile.
- Customer-focused and capable of handling diverse situations.
- Comfortable dealing with high-end clients and subcontractors on-site.
- Not someone who watches the clock - commitment to the role is essential.
