Key is seeking Residential Caseworkers to work together as a dynamic team in a small residential group home in Methuen, Ma that serves up to 12 adolescent females who are involved with the MA Department of Children & Families (DCF).What you will do:
- Be directly responsible for the daily supervision of the youth.
- Engage youth and develop positive, appropriate, and supportive relationships utilizing a strength-based treatment approach.
- Assist the youth to accomplish treatment plan goals and provide care for them in areas of health, education, vocation, legal advocacy and family advocacy.
- Coordinate and participate in creative and therapeutic recreational activities.
- Assist the supervisory and clinical team with case management responsibilities.
- Facilitate individual and group instruction for social and life skills development and assist the youth to perform daily living skill activities.

- Hourly wage: $24 per hour

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or an associate degreeCollege course work and one year of human service experience, required High school diploma or GED/HiSET with two years of human service experience, required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use
- Due to the nature of the work and client needs, the Residential Caseworker must have the ability to work a varied and rotating schedule with their team that includes days (8am - 4pm), evenings (2pm - 11pm) and some weekend shifts
