Flexible work schedule between 9-5 with an emphasis on Fridays and Sundays along with seasonal fluctuation. Ability to\ commute in all weather and reliable transportation with dependable attendance is a must. Additional opportunities intra-company may be available to the right candidate.Duties:\ - Perform general cleaning tasks to prepare home for next guests\ - Deep cleaning of new homes and seasonal homes to prepare for renters\ - Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors\ - Cleaning and dusting surfaces\ - Cleaning kitchen, appliances, running dishwasher, and putting away dishes\ - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, showers\ - Take out trash from kitchen and bathrooms\ - Washing linens and making beds\ - Restock supplies at homes as needed\ - Laundry off site as needed\ - Spot cleaning and touch ups as needed\ - Perform household maintenance tasks as needed or assigned\ - Report maintenance or repair needs\ - Report lost and found itemsExperience\ - Previous experience cleaning in residential or hotel is preferred but not required\ - Ability to work independently with good time management\ - Attention to detail\ - Ability to complete household maintenance tasks preferred\ - Positive attitude and a punctual, dependable work ethic is required
