NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading nonprofit human services agency, is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Adolescent Clinician to join our dedicated team in Haverhill, MA.Our program provides essential, temporary out-of-home placements for youth experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. As part of our team, you will work in a supportive, 24-hour staffed environment that offers comprehensive clinical services, including individualized treatment planning, life skills coaching, and a variety of therapeutic modalities (individual, group, and family therapy). You'll also have access to a wide range of social and recreational community resources.In our highly structured therapeutic setting, you'll help youth stabilize, make meaningful progress in treatment, and build skills that will set them up for long-term success. Our staff act as mentors and guides, delivering practical interventions that not only benefit youth but are also designed to be easily applied in their home environment. While our primary goal is family reunification, we also support youth in transitioning to foster care or independent living.Join us in making a difference! If you're driven by a desire to help adolescents thrive and are looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and mission-driven organization, we encourage you to apply.Starting salary: $70,000 - $74,000Job Responsibilities:Support the Clinical Director with the overall planning, implementation and oversight of the clinical services provided by the program.Assess new referrals to the program and arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed.Develop and/or oversee development of individual treatment plans in cooperation with program staff, other relevant service providers, client's family (when appropriate) and client.Review client clinical records to ensure quality and compliance with funding source regulations.Provide appropriate feedback and training for program staff regarding record keeping.Provide individual counseling, when appropriate, as defined by each client's clinical treatment plan.Facilitate and/or coordinate clinical in-service training. Develop curriculum for therapeutic groups.Collaborate with program management and staff regarding therapeutic milieu and clinical orientation of program.Facilitate family meetings and home visits, as defined by each client's clinical treatment plan.Act as a liaison with psychiatrist and other agencies providing auxiliary clinical services.Coordinate, facilitate and/or participate in case conferences, treatment meetings and clinical review meetings, as appropriate.Be familiar with all program emergency procedures.The schedule may require some evenings.Job Requirements:Completed Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.License eligible - LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT required.Previous experience with adolescent population and their families and expertise in crisis stabilization and management preferred.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills required.Benefits for full time employees include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year.NFI Massachusetts Inc., is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
