We currently have openings for morning, afternoon, and evening/overnight shifts, and we are eager to hire immediately. Responsibilities: Extend a warm welcome and acknowledge all residents while announcing their guests with grace and poise. Provide exceptional resident services, including accepting and retrieving packages and dry-cleaning, offering transportation options, recommending service vendors, making restaurant reservations, and fulfilling any additional requests promptly. Through your impeccable appearance, outstanding performance, and service-oriented mindset, consistently project an image that enhances the property's allure. Adhere strictly to formal operating policies and procedures, which encompass customer service techniques and emergency response protocols. Ensure that property rules and regulations are consistently upheld. Requirements: Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively. Possess basic computer proficiency.
