- Finish Carpentry & General Work: Perform high-end finish carpentry tasks, including the installation of doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and custom wood features.
- Hardware Installation: Install door knobs, hardware, and other fixtures.
- Framing & General Construction: Utilize framing experience for structural elements like windows, doors, and interior walls.
- Tile, Painting & Spackling: Apply tile, spackle, and paint to complete kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
- Punch List Work: Address punch list items such as minor repairs, closet installation, fixture placement, and other finishing touches.
- Kitchens & Bathrooms: Assist with the installation of fixtures and cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address any challenges that arise on-site and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain Worksite: Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe, following all safety protocols.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of finish carpentry and general construction experience in residential settings.
- Well-Rounded Skill Set: Proficiency in various trades, including framing, hardware installation, painting, spackling, and tile work.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in cabinetry, interior trim, windows, doors, and fixture installation.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise, polished work with an eye for quality and craftsmanship.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and finding effective solutions on-site.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work, lift, bend, climb ladders, and lift 50-75 lbs+ in all weather conditions, indoors and outdoors.
- Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others on-site.
