Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Leader to oversee the full life cycle of bespoke residential construction projects, from initial planning through to completion. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in construction management, who is passionate about delivering high-quality, customized homes in a rural setting. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring exceptional quality, budget control, and timely completion
- Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, trade professionals, engineers, designers, and in-house teams
- Manage communication, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management throughout the project
- Work hands-on in scenic rural locations to create one-of-a-kind, personalized homes
- Proactively address challenges to streamline project operations and ensure successful outcomes
- Supervise the development of luxurious, high-end homes that align with clients' unique visions
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Certification in Construction Management or related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac products and construction management software
- Strong knowledge of CAD and a comprehensive understanding of construction components (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building codes, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong customer service focus
- Proven determination and high ethical standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management (preferred)
