RPM's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Efficient use of Microsoft applications, business specific estimating, and claim management software
- Maryland home improvement contractors lisc. (MHIC)
- Must be able to knowledgably initiate and supervise all aspects of residential home Construction
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Working knowledge of Maryland building code
Construction project management experience required. Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Participate in local community events.
- Build relationships with key customers - direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
