Synerfac is seeking an on-site Residential Construction Supervisor to fill a permanent position with our premier residential construction partner! This is a hands-on residential remodeling job where you will be required to do physical work along with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of construction project- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients- Perform daily carpentry & construction tasks on-site- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsJob Requirements- Strong carpentry skills & familiar with job-site protocols- Deadline & detail oriented- Familiarity or ability to learn Buildertrend construction management software- Strong leadership qualities & communication skills
