Synerfac is seeking an on-site Residential Construction Supervisor to fill a permanent position with our premier residential construction partner! This is a hands-on residential remodeling job where you will be required to do physical work along with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of construction project - Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors - Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients - Perform daily carpentry & construction tasks on-site - Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Job Requirements - Strong carpentry skills & familiar with job-site protocols - Deadline & detail oriented - Familiarity or ability to learn Buildertrend construction management software - Strong leadership qualities & communication skills
