The Charles River Center provides innovative opportunities, services, and supports for over 950 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and mental health challenges, in the Metrowest and Southeast regions of Massachusetts. The Residential Cluster Director provides oversight for Program Directors and oversees the development, management and administration of person-centered supports provided to participants within the cluster of their assigned group homes. The Residential Cluster Director will oversee group homes for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries and assist with opening a program This position will primarily be based in the Brockton area. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health/human service-related field and three years' experience in the human services field, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and opening group living environments.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
