What You'll Need:
Education:
- Ideally, a Master's Degree in Social Work or Human Services. If you've got a Bachelor's with five years of experience in residential childcare, we want to hear from you too!
Experience:
- You should have experience navigating complex systems and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- At least one year of management or supervisory experience in a residential program in the last ten years.
Skills:
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation are a must.
- You'll need to be a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) and have a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do:
As our Residential Director, you'll lead the PFS Blue Skies program, ensuring our kids get the best care possible. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Manage staff and program operations, keeping everything on track.
- Develop Programs: Help plan and budget while setting goals for the future.
- Collaborate: Build strong relationships with other professionals to enhance services.
- Train and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to our amazing staff.
- Advocate: Promote a culture of sensitivity and teamwork in everything we do.
