Residential General Manager - Solar Division

**THE ROLE:**
The ideal candidate enjoys empowering and inspiring people and understands that innovative problem solving is a team effort. The ultimate objective of this role is to evaluate, organize and align our Residential Division for a growth trajectory beyond our current 4 MW installation capacity and $12.5MM in revenue. The tricky part is how to maintain our unwavering commitment to our Core Values through-out this growth.
To start, this role would directly manage our core operations team of Project Managers, Designers and Scheduler who are all incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of designing and installing residential solar to code in Arizona. This role would also oversee our Installation teams lead by our Construction Manager and would be the bridge between Sales, Operations and Service ensuring the handoff is seamless throughout the customer lifecycle. The synergy between all of these departments ensures that customer expectations are not only met, but exceeded on a regular basis.
The good news is, we have already begun an IT infrastructure restructuring to refine our processes, improve efficiencies and deliver the true WOW customer experience we strive for. This role would continue that development as we shape it for our future growth.
