Residential Health Worker up to $25/hrBecome a valued member of our team by providing support to adult residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities, with a focus on their physical assistance and daily care.
Responsibilities: - Assist with habilitative, behavioral, and recreational activities, including administering medications and addressing resident needs
- Work with supervisors to ensure Individual Service Plans (ISPs) are implemented correctly and adjusted when necessary
- Help residents with personal care, hygiene, and engaging in social and leisure activities
- Transport residents to appointments, work, and recreational events by driving state vehicles
Requirements: - Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license
- At least 6 months of direct care experience
