Must be able to identify and report the need for repairs, and unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergencies Uses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and per instructions Performs special tasks, which may be chargeable to the resident upon instruction of the Supervisor Cleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis Uses carpet-cleaning equipment and performs carpet care as instructed Makes and/or changes resident beds as scheduledAll Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
