- Diagnose operate, maintain, and repair and repair HVAC systems'
- Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
- Available for night and weekend shifts on a rotating basis for emergencies.
- Maintain company vehicle, including refueling, reporting issues, and submitting inspection forms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interact with homeowners, collect payments, and relay information clearly.
- Manage stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle.
- Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training
