Position Overview:

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Residential Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' comfort by delivering high-quality service that meets their HVAC needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, recommending appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Respond to service calls and emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with homeowners to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve job performance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience in residential homes.
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EPA certification and valid driver's license required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
