Job Title: Residential In-Home Sales Representative -HVAC SystemsJob Overview: We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Residential In-Home Sales Representatives for HVAC systems. In this role, you will leverage your experience with one-call close sales and selling with financing options to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will receive comprehensive offsite training to ensure your success, and your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure and potential bonuses for self-generated leads.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to residential customers, specifically selling HVAC systems.
  • Use one-call close techniques to secure sales during the initial customer meeting.
  • Present financing options to customers, ensuring they understand and feel confident with the available payment plans.
  • Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Attend and complete offsite sales training to refine skills and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Generate and follow up on self-generated leads for additional sales opportunities (higher commission rates apply).
  • Maintain a clean driving record and travel to customer homes, with a company vehicle or auto allowance provided based on location.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with one-call close sales techniques, particularly in HVAC systems.
  • Experience selling with financing options and explaining payment plans to customers.
  • Outgoing, ambitious, and self-driven personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to undergo offsite training and travel as needed.
Compensation:
  • 100% commission-based position with an 8% commission on sales.
  • Higher commission rates available for self-generated leads.
  • Vehicle provided or auto allowance, depending on location.
