Residential Maintenance Technician(Columbus, OH) - 5 F/T Positions. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or eqpmt. Workerstypically perform a variety of tasks, which may incl any combo of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting,watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, & installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.**MULTIPLE OPEN POSITIONS AVAILABLE** $30,971.00/yr. No education nor exp reqd. Must be able to lift & carry 50lbs. Some OT & weekends are reqd. The employer will provide free tools & eqpmt.
