Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing residential Manager to oversee all aspects of our residential roofing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing systems, construction practices, and project management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:Oversee all phases of residential roofing projects, from initial estimate to final inspection.
- Develop and implement efficient project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Management:Recruit, hire, and train roofing crews.
- Manage and motivate the roofing team to achieve productivity goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.
- Quality Control:Implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Inspect completed projects to verify compliance with industry standards.
- Vendor Management:Source and manage relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
- Financial Management:Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Prepare accurate financial reports.
- Customer Service:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential roofing operations management.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Roofing certification or industry accreditation.
- Experience with estimating and bidding processes.
- Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable roofing solutions.
