The Opportunity: We are seeking to hire a Residential Manager to be responsible for program development, monitoring, and outcomes for services provided by the Homeless teams, and Residential Treatment programs. The individual will provide clinical supervision to the programs and staff. They will manage programs in compliance with grant, licensing, Federal, State and local regulations or procedures, and in accordance with budgetary constraints.
What You'll Do:
* Facilitate staff and program development for assigned area by participating in staff meetings. Schedule in-services and trainings as needed. Train supervisors in effective management techniques. Trains staff in the provision of community education regarding various aspects of the housing programs.
* Collaborate with community partners to extend the development and understanding of Community Support Services and the Residential programs offered by the agency.
* Provide assistance to assigned clinical staff in direct clinical care for crisis interventions or to assist staff in increasing their clinical skills through planned field supervision.
* Ensure staff clinical documentation and record-keeping meet Agency standards and requirements. Complete documentation necessary to maintain the PATH grant, including annual Intended Use Plan. Oversee gathering of documentation required for PATH grant specified in HMIS system per requirements in the Annual Report for local, state and federal entities. Complete the PATH Grant Annual Report inclusive of required outcome information for submission to local, state, and federal entities.
* Monitor PATH grant budget monthly and makes recommendations for budget revisions if necessary.
* Ensure the completion of monthly data uploads into HMIS (including end of year data), maintaining data quality standards. Complete quarterly reports and all financial/operating/MOA requests as assigned in UDPaSS. Comply with SSVF audits, providing documentation as requested and completing corrective action plans as needed. Ensure program is in compliance with SSVF grant agreement at all times, and confirms updates to SSVF specific policies and procedures for all new SSVF/VA initiatives. Regularly monitor spending to guarantee it will last throughout the fiscal cycle. Coordinate monthly meetings with UW regarding funding and program updates. Participate in all required SSVF webinars and coordination meetings with the VA.
* Ensure SUD-specific outreach workers collect, maintain, and provide required data at ADM specified intervals in support of the SOS grant. Manage issues with security officers and help to coordinate with the Peter Maurin Center in support of the EOS grant-funded overnight shelter.
* Perform case finding through personal networking with street dwellers, shelters, meal sites, and other places where homeless people gather. Assess persons who are homeless to determine appropriateness for services provided by Community Support Services. Visit homeless environments and develop rapport with persons to be served.
* Work closely with other social service agencies providing services to those who are homeless, or are at risk of homelessness so to work collaboratively with community resources in making and accepting referrals.
* Provide consultation and education regarding behavior management and mental health issues.
* Attend local Continuum of Care meetings and co-chairs yearly Point in Time Count. Serve as member on COC Steering committee. Attend state PATH network meetings and participates in webinars for ongoing training.
* Provide direct oversight of the Residential Treatment homes including placement, discharge, community interaction, and clinical support.
* Provide direct supervision to the Residential Treatment Specialist responsible for completing LOCUS assessment, Treatment Plan, Discharge Summary, and working with residents in treatment group homes.
* Provide input to the VA and other key partners to develop a plan to end Veteran homelessness.
* Serve as internship/field supervisor for students within discipline when assigned. Complete requirements of university/college including orientation sessions, teaching learning contracts, and student evaluations.
* This position is full-time (40 hours a week) working normal business hours.

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor.
* Master's Degree in Social Services or other field that qualifies under State of Ohio as eligible for independent licensure (LISW/LPCC)
* A current and valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
* Experience with and knowledge of supervision principles and practices.
* Experience with diagnosis and treatment.
* Excellent organizational, attention to detail and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Commitment to confidentiality, following rules of HIPAA.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
* Skill in managing time and meeting deadlines.
* Crisis stabilization techniques.
* Ability to work non-judgmentally with individuals whose behavior and belief systems are incongruent with that of society and/or one's own personal beliefs.
