Responsibilities may include: - Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
Requirements for this position include: - Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
- May substitute with 4 years Developmental Disabilities Management Experience.
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- License may not have more than 5 points in the last 3 years.
- At least 4 years of human services experience.
