**Requirements/Qualifications:**

* Texas Plumbing License (J/T/M)

* Valid Texas Drivers License.

* General residential and some light commercial plumbing experience.

* Be able to explain and educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level.

* Have a thorough understanding of home re-pipes and drain/sewer replacements.

* Perform drain cleaning, leak location & repair, and sewer pipe replacements.

* Installation of water heaters, fixtures, and water softeners.

* Ability to pass background/reference checks and drug test our employees, our products and service guarantees are among the best in the industry.

**Job Duties**

* General Residential and some light Commercial Plumbing.

* General plumbing knowledge on the diagnosis, replacement or repair of fixtures (faucets, tubs, toilets), hot water heaters, gas and water services.

* Explaining/educating customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level.

* Estimating, selling, offering options on a daily basis and exceed sales quotas in an environment where performance dictates income.

* Thorough understanding of home re-pipes and drain/sewer replacements.

* Perform drain cleaning utilizing conventional sewer machines.

* Leak location & repair - under slab, sewer, water, pool and sprinkler systems.

* Perform sewer pipe replacement in a tunnel as well as installation of water heaters, fixtures, and water softeners.

* Minimum two years in top outs and fixture setting, remodels and repairs.
