Our Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operrations of the residential unit assigned to them. This includes supervising and training Program Managers and other staff. Our Porgram Coordinator also ensures that each resident's support needs are met.

Salary: $64.563.20/year

Responsibilities:

+ Develop, write and ensure implementation of annual program for students on caseload including all clinical support areas (sw, speech, medical/nursing, psychology, OT, PT, and day/school setting): evaluate and revise as needed.

+ Completes documentation of annual program plan such as required summaries, progress notes and assessments and the training of others on these skills

+ Liaison between educational and residential setting for clinical support issues

+ Attend and actively participate in all IDT, quarterly and annual meetings on behalf of students on caseload.

+ Attend all psychiatry, BRC and MRC meetings on behalf of students on caseload

+ Coordinate transitional supports for all students on caseload from age 14 years until discharge from program (including guardianship, vocational, day and residential supports)

+ Participate in all screenings/referrals for potential admissions into CRP

+ Ensures all student supervision and BSP guidelines are maintained

+ Ensures fire drill requirements for students/staff are maintained

+ Includes on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

+ BA/BS degree in related field required

+ Three years of managerial experience

+ Three years experience of working with children with developmental disabilities required

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent organizational skills

Essential Physical Demands:

+ Must be able to modify the area to secure the safety of the adults i.e. move/push tables and other heavy objects up to 20 lbs.

+ Must be able to lift/move/carry 20 lbs.

+ Must be able to run after an individual up to 500 feet

+ Must be able to run to a program in need up to 500 feet

+ Must be able to kneel, twist and bend

+ Must be able to respond to fire alarms

+ Must be able to perform all physical SCIP techniques
