Homeward Bound provides 24-hour care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Plymouth, MN. Founded in 1973 by parents of children with disabilities, we operate 22 residential homes in the Twin Cities west metro area. We offer support to families and individuals facing unexpected disabilities, providing expertise and access to resources.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Residential Program Director at Homeward Bound Inc. The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of four residential homes, manage programs for individuals with disabilities, develop new initiatives, and ensure effective budgeting and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Program Management expertise
• Experience in Program Development and Budgeting
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and make sound decisions
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
