We're looking for a Residential Manager to join our team and provide oversight to a residential program in Manchester, NH.
About the home: This is a beautiful home in Manchester supporting 9 adult women. The Residential Manager will supervise and manage a team of Direct Support Associates with the support of a co-manager and 3 lead staff, one for each floor of the home.
About the program: This residential program enables the individuals living with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs to realize their full potential. In this community-based service model, the individuals have regular access to their community and the program is focused on supporting individuals to live, learn, work and play in their communities. All staff are trained to provide safe and nurturing care and the team works to build and strengthen natural supports and relationships with families.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervising a large team of Direct Support Associates.
* Implementing and monitoring program budgets
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with service coordinators, guardians and other team members
* Ensuring compliance with state certification/licensing standards, agency policies and contractual obligations.
* Direct care is required and must be able to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
* Four (4) years of related experience can be substituted for the degree
* Experience in supporting high need individuals with ID, mental health symptoms and personality disorders.
* Prior experience managing staff
* Clinical experience
* Fiscal management, time management and organizational skills are critical to success in this position.
* A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance are also required
Schedule: this is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Tuesday - Saturday coverage is required, and your schedule will include 8 hours of Direct Support staffing.
A flexible schedule and weekend availability is required.
