Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Residential Program Manager for our client, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding at-risk children and families, offers essential tools and resources to prevent child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. This full-time hybrid position, located in Farmington, Missouri, is open for immediate hire. The Residential Program Manager and take on a pivotal role in the southeast region, overseeing the administration, management, and supervision of our transitional living group home and scattered-site apartment services. In this dynamic position, you'll lead staff development and ensure compliance with contract requirements, driving program success from intake through aftercare. You'll play a key role in ensuring resident safety and delivering exceptional independent living services. - Oversee service delivery to achieve contract goals and outcomes.
- Ensure the safety of group homes and apartments in accordance with licensing standards.
- Staff the program to maintain the required staff-to-client ratio.
- Develop and implement programs, partnerships, and curricula to meet contract specifications.
- Coordinate and foster therapeutic, community, and volunteer partnerships and services.
- Supervise lead staff to support and guide program implementation.
- Manage the budget in collaboration with the Program Director for efficient financial oversight.
- Meet all reporting and documentation requirements.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with community partners and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Master's degree in a human services field required.
- Experience in the human services field is preferred
- Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a risk-free driving record.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $43,000 to $45,000.
