This role offers a meaningful opportunity to lead, support individuals, and grow within RCC.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise and develop DSPs to deliver person-centered care.Operations Management: Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support as needed.Compliance and Oversight: Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards.Administrative Support: Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers.
