Resident Advisor / Part-Time Case Manager Positions Available

We are seeking dedicated individuals for our PRN Resident Advisor Respite role, as well as for our flexible RA Case Manager position, which requires 10-15 hours of commitment during the day.

Opportunities are also available for RA night shifts from Monday through Friday, as well as on weekends, with flexible hours and comfortable living quarters included.

Our Transitional Home provides a supportive dorm-like environment for resilient homeless youth aged 18-24.

Ideal candidates should have prior experience supporting youth who have endured trauma.

Candidates will be responsible for serving as role models and mentors while aiding in appropriate home activities and creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

• Candidates with backgrounds in Human Services, Child Development, or Social Work are preferred.
• Candidates should have experience engaging with diverse groups and the LGBTQ community comfortably.
• Strong interpersonal skills will be essential for effectively communicating with youth and assisting with the maintenance of the home.
• A valid NC driver's license and car insurance are mandatory for candidates.
