- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
- Ability to manage project managers and field superintendents, as well as purchasing and estimating, to successful and timely completion of projects
- Previous field experience with the trades highly preferred
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Industry consistent work history
