We believe, through the efforts of our collective team, we can improve lives in our community.We are currently seeking a Property Manager at our new luxury Solaire 7607 Old Georgetown community in Bethesda, Maryland.Your New RoleAs Property Manager, you oversee one of our flagship assets totaling 198 units. You are responsible for the financial performance of the assets, leadership, mentoring and development of staff, and ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high quality customer service and efficient operations.What Sets You ApartExperience: You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management, with experience managing an asset (s) with a minimum of 400 units total. You possess a strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.Skills: You demonstrate strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team. You have excellent communication (both verbal and written), strong organizational, and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree with strong financial management skills is required.Competencies: Your approach is warm, compassionate, and service-oriented, with a firm desire to build relationships and solve problems.
