This position exists for the purpose of originating residential loan applications, including purchase, refinance, construction and lot loans. Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as realtors, builders, financial planners and attorneys. Essential functions; *Develop and manage a Secondary Market Mortgage Program. *Develop an in-house residential real estate loan portfolio. *Applies established policies and guidelines to credit applications. *Originate, underwrite and analyze credit requests ensuring proper structure to meet client needs and minimize credit risk. *Cross-sell Bank products and services to current clients and develop new relationships. *Committed to providing exceptional customer service and developing relationships.
