Position Overview:
As a Residential Restoration Superintendent, youll play a pivotal role in overseeing home restoration projects related to fire and smoke damage, water and mold remediation, storm damage, and large losses. Your expertise will be crucial in restoring homes and properties to their original condition, ensuring client satisfaction, and making a positive impact on our community.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Manage restoration projects from assessment to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and homeowners to execute restoration plans effectively.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect work progress, ensuring compliance with restoration standards and specifications.
- Pay meticulous attention to details during the restoration process.
- Team Coordination:
- Supervise field staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
