Job Title: Residential Roofing Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Roofing Production Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for efficient production processes, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential roofing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations
• Supervise and coordinate teams of roofers, subcontractors, and other personnel
• Communicate effectively with property owners, crews, and other stakeholders
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution
• Provide training and support to employees and subcontractors as needed
• Maintain an organized workflow and oversee day-to-day operations of the production process

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in residential roofing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles
• Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various teams and clients
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, take-offs, and other technical documents
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management and development
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
