Pella Corporation is now looking for a Residential Sales Consultant for the Inland Empire market. We are seeking a confident, outgoing Residential Sales Consultant who is self-disciplined and enjoys a challenge. We provide independence and an exciting, fast paced, and fun work environment. A Residential Sales Consultant at Pella Corporation is responsible for presenting the Pella Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners. Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers to choose Pella. Understanding customer wants and needs is critical and the ability to translate our product offerings to match will help you be successful in this role. Striving for a first-time close and planning for and delivering effective follow up on the rest. Proactively seeking out new referrals through customer relationship networking will help you be successful in this role. Continually striving for a 100% “Very Satisfied” customer experience every time is a part of the Pella Promise.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a detailed sales presentation.
  • Prepare and present a price quote before leaving each appointment.
  • Follow up and respond to all customer questions within 24 hours.
  • Be available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.

Qualifications:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.

Compensation Information

  • Initial Training Period:
  • Guaranteed base salary of $40,000, plus commissions ranging from 0% to 1.25% to start.
  • Eligible for a monthly bonus based on achievement of monthly bookings quota.
  • Once Training Period is Complete:
  • Full commission role with commissions paid as a percentage of net sales (commissions are uncapped and our top performers earn $150k+)
  • Eligible for a monthly bonus based on achievement of monthly bookings quota.
