**Position Summary:**

* Generate proposals for clients by communicating Climate Controls value proposition.

* Present comfort options of residential HVAC and water heater products and services to new and established customers.

* Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.

* Create relationships with prospective customers and referrals.

* Work collaboratively with technical team members, onsite, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.

* Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, service methods, systems and technology available within the market and the business.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* Dedicated to providing superior customer service.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* Strong negotiating skills

* Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner

* Availability to work weekday shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, occasional Saturdays

* Driver's License (Required)

* Clean background check

* Ability to pass medical and physical screening

**Education and Experience:**

* Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a commission environment bring your brag material!

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to meet physical demands - climb ladders and/or attic stairs, to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units, in order to assess customer requirements and take measurements.

* Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
