Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time ShiftDescription Our agency is seeking a dedicated professional to add to our team as a Residential Services Director (RSD) for our Intermediate Care Facilities for persons with Intellectual Disabilities in Pana, IL!QIDP (Quality Intellectual Disability Professional) experience preferred!Medical, Dental and VisionVacation, Holiday, Birthday and Sick PayAreas of responsibility include but not limited to: staffing, resident care, implementation strategies, implementing doctor plans, safety of residents and staff, regulatory requirements, keeping the facility in compliance with written policies and procedures, as well as your own profession growth and development.
