Job Summary:

Comfort Temp Heating and Air is looking for a dedicated Residential Service Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee a team of skilled technicians, ensuring top-notch residential HVAC installations, preventative maintenance, and service work. Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the residential HVAC service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Supervise residential HVAC installations, maintenance, and service work to meet company standards and customer expectations.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
* Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
* Oversee the coordination and schedule of service appointments, optimizing technician routes and job assignments in Service Titan.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for service operations.
* Conduct performance evaluations, training, and professional development for service technicians.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in residential HVAC installations, maintenance, and service work.
* 3 years minimum of proven management experience in the HVAC industry.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Valid EPA certification and any other required licenses for HVAC service work.
* Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
* Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite and Service Titan a plus
