- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes, including pipes, drains, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, and other plumbing appliances as needed.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and communicate effectively with clients about plumbing issues and repair options.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify and fix minor issues before they become major problems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and offering repair solutions that meet the customer's needs.
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform emergency plumbing services, including after-hours calls when required.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing technology and techniques through continued education.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Residential Plumber.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience with Service Titan software (Preferred)
