We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and requests for service in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose a wide range of residential plumbing problems, including - but not limited to - leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and malfunctioning water heaters.
- Develop and implement effective repair plans, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform repairs, replacements, and installations of pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
- Provide clear explanations and estimates to customers before commencing work.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, treating each customer with respect and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and materials used.
- Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Rotational after hours on-call duty

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a residential service plumber or related field.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Must be able to lift and carry up to forty pounds.
