Job Description

The Residential Services Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential facilities, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services. The director will manage staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement policies and procedures for residential facilities

* Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

* Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents

* Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners

* Manage budgets and financial operations for residential facilities

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services

* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the organization

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a residential facility

* Strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to residential care

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage budgets and financial operations

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
