Lead our staff in providing excellent care to intellectually disabled individuals as a Residential Services Unit Manager! Selinsgrove Center is looking for a positive and hardworking person to join our team and help our residents and their families achieve their goals. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Residential Services Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supporting individuals who are intellectually disabled at Selinsgrove Center. You will be planning, organizing, and directing the work within the unit by assessing community needs and prioritizing work activities. You can expect to administer personnel resources in the community by supervising staff, establishing directives, and observing staff performance. You will also conduct a proactive program for the identification, investigation, follow-up, and on-going monitoring of events resulting in injury or potential injury to assure a safe and healthful environment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
* Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
* Work hours are 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and weekends and holidays as needed.
* Travel and overtime as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
* Three years professional therapeutic experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability, including two years in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, nursing, business, or hospital administration; or
* An equivalent combination of professional experience and training which includes two years supervisory experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability.
