We are currently seeking individuals who are energetic and compassionate team players and motivators for direct support positions at all of our locations.Job Responsibilities:Manage the administrative operations of a treatment unit on the night shift.Set work schedules, delegate assignments, and evaluate employee performance.Establish employee policies and procedures.Supervise professional staff and supervisors.Perform duties of Supervisor-in-Charge in the absence of Administrative Staff.Maintain documentation of staff coverage and monitor adherence to policies and procedures.Conduct daily inspections of licensed buildings to ensure Active Treatment and training are provided.Review and investigate accidents/incidents and document all Incident Reports.May work on the floor as needed.Hours: 11:30 PM - 8 AMWhat You'll Need to be Successful:Efficient organizational and time management skills.Good oral and written communication skills.Positive work morale.Ability to be flexible in thinking and problem solving.Realistic expectations about the difficulties and challenges of the work.Ability to handle an often-unpredictable work environment.Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires 5+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. May require some college credit by hiring agency and/or a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
