JOB TITLE: Residential Site ManagerCLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non- ExemptPROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Residential, OPWDDIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Assistant Director of Residential OperationsPOSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for implementation and supervision of daily residence operations for assigned residences and maintaining health and safety of the environment. This includes but is not limited to overseeing housekeeping, physical plant maintenance, staff scheduling, supervision, orientation and training, health-related care and medication administration, resident and household finances and implementation of resident plan of services. Provides direct supervision to residence staff by providing task assignments, training, and paperwork requirements, and all other aspects of staff/resident interactions. Teaches daily living skills, providing assistance, supervision, and counseling as needed, in accordance with individual needs and program plans.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience:Associate's Degree in Human Services or related fieldTwo (2) years' experience in a Human Service capacity. High School Diploma or equivalentThree (3) years' experience in Human Service capacity, preferably with IDD populationPreferred Education, Training & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field One (1) year experience in Human Service capacity, preferably with IDD population OrAn equivalent combination of directly relevant education, training, and/or experience deemed adequate for the position.
