We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all phases of construction, ensuring quality workmanship, staying on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Experience managing and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
