The Role The Residential Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a supportive and structured environment for families living in congregate shelter settings. This role is a full-time position at the Roxbury site. The responsibilities for this role involve managing support services and overseeing residential counselors. As a Residential Supervisor, you are required to provide crisis intervention, facilitate house and staff meetings, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with documentation and state requirements. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves being on-call for emergencies.What You'll Bring to the Team We're looking for someone who's not just qualified but driven. Someone who's excited about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
- Must have an associate or bachelor's degree in human service or a related field required.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Ability to speak and/ or write in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is preferred.

- You have experience in navigating any of the child and family serving systems and experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems.
