Residential Support Staff - Community Residence (Gouverneur)

Shift currently open. Monday & Thursday 3 pm-11 pm, Friday-Sunday 7 am-3 pm. Assists in providing self-care training and therapeutic treatments to residents diagnosed with mental illness. Trains residents in daily living skills. Converses with residents to reinforce positive behaviors and to promote social interaction. Assists in meal preparation and may eat with residents to act as a role model. Observes and documents residents behaviors to help facilitate assessment of treatment goals. This position may require use of personal vehicle to transport clients when an agency vehicle is not available. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus!
